Shipping & Delivery
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in seven (7) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States, US Territories and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

You'll receive two emails after you place your order and provide us with a valid email address:

  1. The first confirms that your order was received (your order confirmation number will link to the Order Status page); this email will arrive within about 24 hours.
  2. The second confirms that your order was shipped from our warehouse. You can also check the current status of your order by clicking My Account and selecting My Orders from the menu.

In order to provide you with the best possible shipping pricing, What Matters 2 You.com only offers delivery via USPS, at this time. We will offer more carriers, once we can arrange reasonable shipping prices.

Privacy & Security

Any personal information that you may share with us is kept absolutely private. Neither your name nor anything about you is sold or shared with any other non-affiliated company or agency.

We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. The SSL encrypts, or translates, your order information into a highly indecipherable code, which is processed immediately.

When you've finished shopping and begin the checkout process, you will move into the secure area of our site. Once you've entered, the page address (URL) will change from http to https, to let you know you are in a secure area. Also, a key or a closed lock should appear in the bottom right or left corner of your browser window to notify you of this change. You will remain in this secure zone for the entire checkout process.

If you elect to Create an Account with What Matters 2 You.com, you will receive emails from What Matters to You on sale items or other product promotions, and, if elected, our newsletter. In addition, you will be able to proceed more quickly through the checkout process, be able to view current and past orders, make changes to your account information, and store primary and additional shipping and billing addresses.

Returns & Replacements

We want you to be very happy with all of your purchases from What Matters 2 You.com. We know that occasionally a purchase may not fit properly or just not feel right. If you made a purchase on www.whatmatters2you.com that you are not completely happy with, feel free to return or exchange your merchandise within 30 days of your order.

If requesting a replacement/exchange, please indicate the item number, item description, quantity, and the product price. Indicate size, color and alternate color, if applicable. Your exchange will be shipped by standard shipping methods.

Items purchased on sale or as gifts are not returnable for refund or credit. We accept exchanges on sale or gift items within 15 days after the ship date.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for your return item to be processed. Depending on your credit card company, allow 1-2 billing cycles for a refund to show up on your billing statement. If we have your email address on file, a return confirmation email will be sent.

Ordering

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will promptly notify you of the delay, and mail the item to you as soon as it is in available. If it was part of a larger order, it will be mailed to you at no extra cost. You may call at anytime, prior to shipment, to cancel your order

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept PayPay and most major credit cards, with the exception of Mastercard and American Express.

If you Create an Account with What Matters 2 You, you will receive special pricing and promotions via email.

Viewing Orders

If you Create an Account with What Matters 2 You, you can login to view your recent orders, by clicking on My Orders.

Updating Account Information

If you Create an Account with What Matters 2 You, What Matters 2 You will save your name, primary billing address, shipping address(es), and phone number. At any time, you can login and change your account information (name, password, email) using the Account Information menu option, or your addresses by using the Address Book menu option.

By Creating an Account, you will be able to proceed more quickly through the checkout process, be able to view current and past orders, make changes to your account information, and store primary and additional shipping and billing addresses.
